When a problem is identified, the stated approach is to investigate the cause, apply corrective action, and keep the buyer informed.
What we don't claim
We do not state ISO, BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, OEKO-TEX, GOTS or other certifications, audit status, defect rates, guaranteed zero defects, guaranteed on-time delivery, or sustainability credentials. Such claims will only be added with verifiable evidence and explicit approval.
